How do I check into my Luxe Landings property?

We offer a seamless, contactless check-in experience. Twenty-four hours before your arrival, you will receive a secure digital entry code or instructions for our smart-lock system via email and SMS.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. While we strive to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, these are subject to availability and may incur a small fee.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

To maintain the residential integrity of our buildings, we typically require a 3-night minimum stay. For select corporate suites, a 30-day minimum may apply.

The Luxe Experience

What amenities are included in my stay?

Every Luxe Landings property features 5-star building amenities, which typically include a rooftop lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Inside your suite, you’ll find premium linens, Nespresso coffee, and designer bath products.

Is parking available?

Yes. Most of our Tysons Corner properties include one complimentary reserved parking spot in a secure, covered garage. Please confirm the parking details in your specific booking confirmation.

Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

Your suite is professionally deep-cleaned prior to your arrival. For guests staying longer than a week, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee.

Location & Logistics

How close are the properties to Tysons Galleria and the Metro?

Our "Modern & Chic" collection is specifically chosen for its walkability. Most properties are within a 5-to-10-minute walk of Tysons Galleria and the Silver Line Metro stations (Tysons or Greensboro).

Are your properties pet-friendly?

We love animals! However, pet policies vary by building. Please filter for "Pet-Friendly" during your search or contact our team directly to discuss bringing your companion (additional pet fees and deposits apply).

Policies & Support

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details on late cancellations.

Who do I contact if I need assistance during my stay?

Luxe Landings provides 24/7 guest support. You can reach us via the messaging platform where you booked, or through the dedicated emergency phone number provided in your Welcome Kit.

Is smoking permitted?

To ensure a pristine environment for all guests, all Luxe Landings properties—including balconies and common areas—are strictly 100% smoke-free.
